I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Hi

    I have been locked out of my outlook hotmail account from Friday. I got a notification saying that it was noticed that unusual activity had occurred. I had noticed myself and was happy for this to be investigated.

    The telephone number that was initially requested to veritfy information was n longer in use as it was a land line. I gave an alternative email address for verification. I got a message to say that I could now sign in. I

    tried to get into the account when the question was asked what my account name was.

    After I put my email address in, It said that this was the wrong code. I was not asked for a code.

    I cannot change my password as I cannot get into my account to do so.

    Can I get help with a email account that has been compromised? I would prefer to just delete it.

    er staat nog een oud telnr. in mijn gegevens waardoor ik geen nieuw wachtwoord kan maken daarna heb ik al 10 keer geprobeerd met de verschillende vragen die dan gesteld worden maar constant krijg ik de melding verstrekte gegevens niet voldoende
