For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I don't know why my account is locked. I have been blocked from my hotmail email or at last three months. I have followed the instructions to reset password et. several times and still no luck.

My account has been blocked due to potential "suspicious activity".
I was last able to access my account on Thursday 11th April 2024.
The account was created in the UK.
The massage was from Microsoft account team, headed "Microsoft account security alert"
