For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

The alternative account has been changed ! And I recieved a message from Microsoft said there is account from Thiland ip try to sign in your account . I answer it's no me. After that my account blocked . Account recovery does not work. I have filled out the forms numerous times.

My hotmail account has been locked. I have tried the reinstitute form 100 times and never get a reply on the e-mails that i set as alternative accounts. I only get an e-mail when they say i sent the form too many times. I have been locked out for +7 days and cannot pay my bills or get answers from job/university applications. Microsoft support is absolutely no help. I was told i would get an answer in 1-3 days and still nothing. Please advice..
