For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

When trying the login, even before asking me the code, the messages commes: "Algo correu mal, Tente novamente." means in english: "something went wrong. Try again.
Can you hekp me?

I can’t sign in. I have answered security questions accurately. Won’t allow me to retrieve account
I too I'm unable to access my hotmail account. The biggest mistake I ever made was to open an Outlook account. I try to recover it and they tell me they are sending a code to another email account and it's never received......All of the time I thought opening an Outlook account, that my existing hotmail accoung would be combined with the Outlook. Boy was I wrong.
Microsoft has lost me as a customer.
