I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Hi this is Chris Oxford i can't sign-in my Hotmail account ******@hotmail.com it's either Lock out and I have 2 step verification set for it but can't remember that email address and I tried forgot password but option comes up to text a code to my old cell that I registered when made this email address but I can't send a code to it 1-709-5726269 because that's number I registered so I was wondering any other way I can get into my account ******@hotmail.com I have a new cell number if yea be able to update it to 1-709-572-8595 that be great because then I can hit forgot password then I can get the code texted to my new number to make a new password so I can get in my account ******@hotmail.com

    Hey. I have forgotten my passwords. I have used Hotmail on my mail app. All of a sudden it needs my password. And Im totally blank .
