Good morning,
For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

have been locked. I have entered required information many times but it did not work. For recovery these two emails were the recovery emails of each other so I cant receive the login code. These accounts are vital for me as I am using them for more than 20 years and my different bank and game accounts are linked to these.

Please resolve the issue and let me sign in again ASAP.

I am unable to contact support because it requests that you log in to contact support, but I can't log in. help! Does anyone know an email for microsoft to directly contact them?
