I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Good Morning

    I am trying to log into Hotmail, but due to forgetting my password I am unable to.

    It is asking me to change my password but when I am asking for a code via my mobile text message it is refusing to do this. It says not avaible at this time.

    Can you please assist.

    I need help with this too, my iPhone updated overnight and locked me out of my personal Hotmail account, my Authenticator app is not linked to my personal account so I can’t use it, I then selected alternative which is code via text message but it keeps saying this method is not available. I need access to my account immediately.

    Hi,

    Microsoft will not allow me to login to my personal account @hotmail.com domain still. I filled out the recovery form on Tuesday Feb. 25, 2025. Microsoft said I was fine, but I can't access my account. I'm disabled and cannot access a text or code from Microsoft.

    This is impacting my self-employment business!

    Please call me at the phone number on file. I need to talk to a human instead of a bot or BS AI. Thanks.
