I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Why does Microsoft do this? I know the password to my account, but I can't try because I tried too many times. I don't know why it said I tried too many times, I didn't even try that much. My recovery email address is also hotmail, I know the password for that too, but it locked me out because I am traveling in a different country. That is too much security and is causing me great inconvenience. Why can't I just chat or send a form and have them unlock my account so that I can enter in the correct password? Why do I have to fill out so stupid form (sorry) and tell them about when I used Skype or Xbox live last? That was forever ago and I can barely remember anything about them. Please tell me how I can just speak, chat, or email someone to get this worked out. Also, I didn't receive a reply on the form yet and it has been more than 24 hours.

Hello. I am Hilda Abban and I am the original account owner. Please ignore this Francis person. It is a fake person and they managed to change my password and recovery e-mail address and changed all of my login details so I cannot gain access. 07886346851. Please help me get my account back. I even have legal documents such as passport and driving licence to prove that i'm the real holder.

Multiple failed log-n attempts. I was out of country recently and when I returned my email account was frozen as of Oct. 6. I've entered several likely passwords but will not accept them.
