I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I am unable to access my Hotmail account as usual. each time that i attempted to get into my hotmail email from my laptop it is saying that I have too many browsers open and don't understand

Ever since I bought this new Lenovo computer, I cannot sign in to my ***@hotmail.com account. Message says "We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Service Agreement and have locked your account. I don't know why. I have been sending in that form to unlock it multiple times. I get a message that I will receive an automated email with a ticket number. I don't understand how I can get this message when my account is locked. I'm 83 years old and not computer savvy. All my health providers, along with the VA, have this email address. Please help me. Maybe a phone call or text would work better. Ph: ***

I have already fill out the Account Recovery Form, and get a security code to confirm the alternative e-mail since a week. but till now i didn't recive any reply from Microsoft to that mail.
My E-mail is Mohammed_******@hotmail.com.

this is my personal e-mail since 1999.

Kindly need your support.

your quick response is highly appricated.

even if you have a phone number I can call and trouple shoot online with you.
