For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I recently am unable to get into my 2 outlook email accounts that I have had for years. I have not changed my passwords, traveled out of country, or made any changes. I have filled out the recovery form numerous times in the last 5 days and it sends me a code, but when I enter it, I get a message reading that it's the "wrong code". ?????.
and to top it off, I'm in the middle of buying a house and am unable to sign the documents the title company sent to me.
Is it possible someone can get into the email accounts and change the passwords?
I am beyond frustrated. I finally created another account and notified ppl of the new address.

Hello to all.
My wife has the account ******@hotmail.com for the past 30 years. Has the same password also for some years now.
She received a message at 04:00 in the morning last Thursday morning when we were sleeping, so did not have a chance to act at that time. The message said that the account has been compromised. As a consequence she has been blocked out of the account.
Since then, she has filled out the recovery form at least 4 times using my email address as a recovery address. But no reply from MS, even though they say that they will answer usually in 24 hours. No answer that the info for validation was not sufficient, nor that the account is unblocked.
This account has vital health information inside that cannot be recovered with any other way.
Please help with this, it is vital for us and for the health of our family.

After using recovery programme to solve a problem, was prompted to verify outlook account which meant creating a new e-mail address, this became my prime alias account and can no longer access my long standing hotmail account or Microsoft 356,? how to get back my hotmail account?
