I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I have had this email for 12 years and i cant recover it

    I changed my phone and cant get verification code.

    My business and dr.s reply to me on this email

    my contact email is ******@hotmail.com

    I'm having a similar issue and for some reason my phone number is not working to allow me authenticate my sign in.

    • What is the reason why your account is locked? is it due to unusual activity, multiple failed login attempt? please specify It is now locked on my new laptop due to multiple login attempts. However I am still logged in on my tablet with the same credentials.
    • When was the last time you logged in on this account? Now end of January on my old laptop.
    • From which country did you create the account? UK
    • wording of error message

    outlook automatically took over te accout, now i cannot get into it. i have tried everything. the old password was chaned and i cannot get it. what outlook did, was automatically give and account name but the emails i caanot find with the new account name

    Hi, I have been for more than 2months trying to recover my account, I have changed password 3 times, and I used all verification method, of SMS, authentication, nothing worked out, it doesn't allow me to login.
