I am unable to log into my hotmail account

I have an iPhone 14 my Hotmail

Account is not working since September and in had to go to outloo, the emails are not coming in my cele phone, what s going on?

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

my phone number has change so I can not receive the code

Why does Microsoft do this? I know the password to my account, but I can't try because I tried too many times. I don't know why it said I tried too many times, I didn't even try that much. My recovery email address is also hotmail, I know the password for that too, but it locked me out because I am traveling in a different country. That is too much security and is causing me great inconvenience. Why can't I just chat or send a form and have them unlock my account so that I can enter in the correct password? Why do I have to fill out so stupid form (sorry) and tell them about when I used Skype or Xbox live last? That was forever ago and I can barely remember anything about them. Please tell me how I can just speak, chat, or email someone to get this worked out. Also, I didn't receive a reply on the form yet and it has been more than 24 hours.
