Good morning,
For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.
Please assist.

Hi, i am experiencing a similar issue however i am unable to use the recovery form as i have 2 factor authentication turned on, and these requests get automatically rejected. I no longer have access to the mobile number previously registered and i have been locked out of my account.
What can i do here??
multiple login
My hotmail works on my phone and through the web. Outlook won't allow me to create a new account. It tells me the credentials are incorrect. I have changed my password a few times, waited a day, and still won't allow me to create the account.
