I am unable to log into my hotmail account

I cant sign in to my hotmail account and i hve a new phone number when will you assist me

I'm wondering and urgently requesting for mutual attention as I successfully created an used outlook account ******@outlook.com few days ago of which I neither use the account to send any messages or making any interactions but, it's blocked!!!

I'v tried several ways to unblock but all vain!!!!

Please, please help because, when I input my cellphone number while trying to login, the system retorts not permittable try alternative ways of which redirecting me to the same issue pag
