I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Hi , Good morning

    I was unable to login to my main account Ryant_******@hotmail.com , it was get locked , and i try to retieved it with my phone number , but that function is not working now , i am trying to fill the information data , but my account was made like 10 more years ago , i forgot some of the information . FYI i am still using my phone number , can you please assist me to retrieve my account with my numbers ?

    Microsoft is useless with regard to Customer Service. No matter what you do online, Microsoft will not reply in any meaningful way. I think my problem cannot be fixed because Microsoft does not allow its employees to actually access user accounts. And the online verification process doesn't work if user has only a landline on the official phone number associated with hotmail account.

    I suspect that the online verification process isn't working if user has only landline phone number. I've tried to recover my Hotmails twice a day for more than 2 weeks. No reply from Microsoft. If Microsoft thinks that user security is helped by not letting Microsoft employees get access to user accounts, they are wrong.

    When trying to sign in to hotmail it goes directly to outlook and does not allow any sign in from this spot
