For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

But it happened the same to me, What works was Go to this link: https://account.live.com And sign in normally, the click on Outlook service

But it work for me

On 17th July I started having issues to log in to my hotmail.it account as I received an email that there were multiple access not verified. I think this is mainly due that I was travelling to South Africa.
Anyway I have filled multiple time the form to recover my ******@hotmail.it account with ALL the requested info. I believe all the infos are correct but every time I receive a negative response.
I would be really keen on knowing if there is another way of verifying my hotmail.it account as now it is blocked and I really need assistance on this.
