I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I cant log in it says safari can’t open the page the error was the URL can’t be shown

    Cannot get into hotmail.com, but I have a bank statement saying I paid $29.99 to Microsoft on June 20.

    I've been unable to access any of hotmail account for the last week or so. I've contacted Rogers and apple support. I tried to log in with the recovery code as well.

    I've tried numerous times and it still is locked.

    The three emails sent recently would be

    ******@rogers.com message: Sam Martin Details

    ******@gmail.com message: Merry Christmas

    ******@accesscommunity.ca message: Money Concepts

    Please assist me since apple can not update my information since it is blocked by hotmail . Thank you for your assistance. As of now I can only get hotmail on my home computer but not my iphone therefore, apple cannot proceed until this is resolved. Thank you again Sonia (I also have a number on this account that may have been an old phone number ending in 56...my new cell number is differeent which I have had for numerous years: 905-409-8381

    My hotmail account is ******@hotmail..com but I don't know the password or it has been changed somehow?

    My maiden name was Sonia Natola but it is now Sonia Roy (8 years now)
