I am unable to log into my hotmail account

I can't get into my hotmail account on this new computer. It keeps going to outlook.

I need to unlock another email address not this one. Please can I have assistance. The email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. As someone has hacked my twitter and my younger brothers fortnite account. I have tried the recovery process and been trying to get in contact for a while now. Please stop the person who’s accessing my privacy and information. I need to recovery my account please, can anyone HELP, before more damage is done!!

I am locked out of one of my Hotmail accounts for almost a year and cannot find any support. I had two step authentication activated, but every time I want to access my account (it is a different email address than the one I am signed in on to make this reply) it asks me to insert at code from my Authentication App, but that app un registered my account for some reason and when I try and add the account to the app, it asks me to enter a code from the app to add the new account, but I am in the app and there is not code to enter, so I cannot add the account to the app to get the code to open the account. Its a circular loop.

I submitted an Account Recovery Form and then I got an email that because I turned on two-step verification for my account, they ignore my request and just give me the same old links to change the password which just ends up with the same loop and dead end.

I also once selected the reset of my security info to get a code that takes 30 days, but when I go the code, it did not tell me where to input it or anything, so that was another dead end.

I have been locked out for over a year. Luckily I have an old Iphone that has my account linked so i can still access it there but I cannot sign on to it on any other device.

How can I turn off two step verification if I cannot sign into the account The issue is with the Authentication App as it will not allow me to add the blocked account.

Anu suggestions?

hey, i have already tried. my dad works for Microsoft and they told me they get numerous complaints each day about it but there is nothing to do. i have the same problem but nobody cares.
