For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

I have my my google password I have been trying all night to access my emails. I have it written down in a book but it will not accept. I have lost connection probably because I have tried too many times I have my dedtails written done. I never had a problem when my email was hotmail. please advise Sandra Mason
