For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

My account is locked as someone tried to get into my account. I've submitted the form several times but it says my info is wrong. But I know it's not. The recovery email on my account also us locked . It's stuck in a circle I can't get out of. I have had this email for 20 years and I need my account back . Can you please help Me?
I need help with my hotmail/outlook account. I cannot send emails or receive emails at all. I have gone through the security questions, verification codes and my passwords were changed twice. It makes no sense why I can use my account when I have received two messages that I passed all the security. Very frustrating mostly I need it for work and connecting with friends abroad.
