I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    I am facing same issue and there is no way microsoft wants to help. I also have genuine microsoft certification profile ID too. Please help microsoft.

    Leonard,

    I too need recovery of an old hotmail account. I can't find a way to post the account name here with sensor. Can you please also help me to recover it. I can be contacted at the email of "Mei-Be". The automatic form based recovery does not work.

    Hello Leonard, I got locked out of my very old hotmail account.I swear I am the original owner of that account and have not been using it for over 9 years.  And I lost the password.  The automatic account recovery system does not work because due to being inactive for so long, the form rejected me. This recovery system is ridiculous.Please contact me at this email I submitted and I will provide email name.Thank you!
