I am unable to log into my hotmail account

Good morning,

For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.

Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

    Well, this seems to be a thing because the exact same thing has happened to me and I've tried MULTIPLE recovery forms and NOTHING has happened!! The automated system has determined that the information I've submitted is not sufficient to recover MY email back to me!!! It's my email - it's the only one I've ever had and I can't find a way to get back to it! I have important stuff in there!! So upset! And I'm still where I've always been - no move or nothing!!!

    Hi,

    I did all the steps necesary to get back into my email account with no luck. I just received a security code to get back in but I do not know how to use it please help me.

    I appreciate the time and effort you spent on replying to my message.

    I regret knowing that your request to recover the account by filling out the Account Recovery Form got rejected. This is probably because you've provided an information that doesn't matched on what is saved on your account.

    I hate to say this, as what I have mentioned on my initial response, we do not have any direct access to any Microsoft account so we cannot recovery manually. The only option you have is to submit another form and hopefully the information that you will provide this time is sufficient enough to have it approved by the system.
