I reset my password but my account still blocked?

I have also tried all the above. It tells me my new password was successful but then when I go to sign in it still says I am blocked.

outllok hotmail wont open says its blocked changed password multiple times make no difference

what do I do?

I have the exact same issue. I have reset my password over three times already and it still tells me it's blocked (see message below). I have tried all the above and it still doesn't work. Could you please tell me what else I can do?

the parental control is on and when I try to 'skip it' or login it keep taking me back to the parental control step - all of my account info is up to date and I have a valid password as it's been reset
