Move Shared with me boxes to favorites.

I see in the new version of Outlook that all my shared mailboxes are now in "Shared with me" section. I can't see to add them back to my favorites. Has anyone been about to do this?

    Yep.

    The old Outlook it is, except that if you have created any quick steps in the New Outlook or set up any rules or conditional formatting, when you go back to the old Outlook from the new, you will lose all that.

    It's pretty much a lose lose situation right now.

    No offense intended to Microsoft, but I can't understand how a trillion+ dollar company can take so long to fix functionality in something that is integral to their software!!!

    Six months later - still waiting for this option to be available in the New Outlook.

    I prefer the outlook. It has a lot of functionality I enjoy.

    But I want to be able to favourite folders from a share mailbox to increase work productivity, and favourite categories from a shared mailbox

    Hello, Its now January 2025, when are we going to see this change. I'm about to stop paying for outlook if this doesn't get fixed ASAP
