    I still can not switch the Work Off Line to Work Online.

    When working offline is enabled, the button is highlighted as in the second screenshot.

    ONLINE                                       OFFLINE

    It will also say working offline in the status bar:

    If Working offline is enabled, click the button *once* and wait a few minutes for it to reconnect.

    Per my first post, does the Icon change when you click it? What does your status bar say?

    The icon will go from highlighted to unhighlighted! Does not change to 'Work Online'. Words stay the same.
