This is not working for me. The red X will not go away, even though I’m clicking on that button, so I cannot switch to online. Many other people on this thread seem to be having the same problem.
The red X NEVER goes away!!! It is part of the button design. When working offline is enabled, the button is highlighted as in the second screenshot.
ONLINE OFFLINE
It will also say working offline in the status bar:
If Working offline is enabled, click the button *once* and wait a few minutes for it to reconnect.
I tried to turn off the work offline button, but that did not work. Any other ideas?
