    The 'Work Off line button in Outlook won't switch me back to 'working Online. I haven't received email for 10 days. This seems to happen every week or so where I cease to receive messages. Since I can't receive email for *removed for privacy*@aboutmontana.net, please send your response to *removed for privacy*@montanasky.com

    This does not work. The Work Offline X is the death stroke for working online. I spend DAYS trying to sort this out. Time to get RID of Outlook!

    I clicked on Send/Receive. There is no Preferences section or Work Offline button.

    My email got switched to work offline and I can't seem to get it switched back to online.

    I tried doing what the instructions said, but it's still offline.
