The 'Work Off line button in Outlook won't switch me back to 'working Online. I haven't received email for 10 days. This seems to happen every week or so where I cease to receive messages. Since I can't receive email for *removed for privacy*@aboutmontana.net, please send your response to *removed for privacy*@montanasky.com

    Thank you

    Hello Rimma,

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community.

To answer your question, here's how to switch from working offline to working online in Outlook, please follow these steps:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Click on the "Send/Receive" tab in the top menu.
    3. Look for the "Work Offline" button in the "Preferences" section.
    4. If the button is highlighted, click on it to turn off the "Work Offline" mode.
    5. Once you have turned off the "Work Offline" mode, Outlook will start to synchronize with the server and you will be able to send and receive emails.
