    I clicked the highlighted working off line in the ribbon but the working off line at the footer did not go away.

    I clicked on the "Work Ofline" button and it won't turn off!

    Please help!!!!!

    I cannot get rid of the "Working offline" button in the Send & Receive module.

    The result is that I continue to get the 'send receive error

    PS Is it possible to speak on the phone with a Microsoft agent, or has that service been discontinued?
