    Hello,

I have been out of work for weeks due to not being able to get this Offline thing to switch to Online. Any ideas? With thanks. I am using Outlook, and it's stuck between these things.. Old Outlook, Mail, and New Outlook. It's Windows 11.

    Thanks, M

To switch from working offline to working online in Outlook, follow these simple steps:

    1. Open Outlook on your computer.
    2. Look for the "Send/Receive" tab at the top of the Outlook window.
    3. In the "Send/Receive" tab, you'll find a button labeled "Work Offline".
    4. Click on the "Work Offline" button. If it is currently highlighted, it means you are working offline. Clicking it will switch you to working online mode.
    5. Once you click the "Work Offline" button to toggle it off, Outlook will start sending and receiving emails immediately.

That's it! You've successfully switched from working offline to working online in Outlook. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to ask for assistance in the community forum.
