    Classic Outlook will not be decommissioned until at least 2029, 6 years from now. Outlook New is web based, so you must be Online for it to work. You cannot configure Outlook New (Monarch) to work offline. Reverting to the Classic desktop app will restore your offline capabilities.

    • There is no Preferences section under send/receive
    • There is no Work Offline button either
