    I cannot turn Microsoft Outlook from 'offline' to 'online' and I have tried the Control Panel, but there is no way to turn offline to online

    I am still having the same problem. The "Work Offline" box has a red X in it and I cant change to working online.

    Everyone keeps telling me to do the following but I am unable to.

    I don't see the Work Offline button when executing these steps

    1. Click on the "Send/Receive" tab in the top menu.
    2. Look for the "Work Offline" button in the "Preferences" section.

    I don't have the "Work Offline" button or the "Preferences" section in the Send/Receive tab so how do I do this please. Is there another way to fix this issue.
