What type of email account do you have configured in Outlook? POP, IMAP, Outlook.com, or Microsoft Exchange?
What happens when you click Send / Receive button? Any error messages?
The icon always has an X on it. When working offline is enabled, the button is highlighted as in the second screenshot.
It will also say working offline in the status bar:
If Working offline is enabled, click the button *once* and wait a few minutes for it to reconnect.
I tried that and still see an X in outlook and those emails are stuck in the outbox
I have this same problem and unable to fix. Were you able to get a response as to how to repair. Thank you
I'm unable to connect to working on line. I have followed previous messages. Outlook is off line clicked to try and work on line to get messages but still not working. I hit send and receive and still stuck offine. Therefore not updating emails. At first it disconnected from WIFI then once connected will not work on line. Is there someone that can help?
Thank you so frustrated
