My off line button would not switch to online.
Hi,
I have included screenshots of outlook which show the 'cross symbol' next to my email name which I assume is relating to being 'offline' as when I look into it further it seems to suggest that I am offline and available from 2pm-11:30pm which is unusual.
Additionally, I have included a screenshot of the ribbon i have on outlook which doesn't have the 'send/receive' option. I have switched to 'classic view' from the 'layout' option but it doesnt appear that way either. Same with the last screenshot, which is the 'general' settings where I believe (from research) the 'offline' option should appear.
Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot, please? The Send/Receive and Offline buttons are in the Classic version only. Thanks!!
I appear to be working offline (I think? There is a cross next to my email name). I cannot see the 'send/receive' button people are talking about. Nor can I find an 'offline' setting anywhere.
It is for my business and emails have been sporadic for a few weeks now and I have only noticed the cross icon against my name. I wonder if this is contributing to the emails received issue. So am keen to turn it off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
