I cannot turn Microsoft Outlook from 'offline' to 'online.'
I am still having the same problem. The "Work Offline" box has a red X in it and I cant change to working online.
Everyone keeps telling me to do the following but I am unable to.
I don't see the Work Offline button when executing these steps
I don't have the "Work Offline" button or the "Preferences" section in the Send/Receive tab so how do I do this please. Is there another way to fix this issue.
