How I can switch from working offline to working online in outlook?

I went to the send receive tab and there is no option labelled Work Offline to turn it to work online. What do I do please.
Work Offline button does not respond to Work Online
there is no button showing Work Offline?
I am unable to click on offline and have it turn on that I am online.
Thanks for this, but when I click on the Preferences Offline button, nothing happens.
