On the functions ribbon under "Move" click the drop down to select more actions, you can find edit there.

I can never understand introducing new s/w with FEWER features than the previous version had. You should either carryover a feature, have an improved feature, or a replacement feature that accomplshes the same tasks and more (or better) than the old one. Come on, let's get this going!

Hi all, as like many of you, I have found this missing feature very frustrating. I have found a workaround that is working for me for the time being. I am using the category function, and instead of using the colour options, I create a new option, for example "a name of the supplier the email is relative to", this makes looking for a particular email, much more efficient for me.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but it has saved me precious time, and makes my emails a tad easier to read.

    Cheer Julie

Same for me, I can't move to the new Outlook until this feature is included. Please can you update us all on when this feature will be added. It looks like it's a major issue for many of your paying customers!
