Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
What the heck does that mean? I'd love to know how we are supposed to 'rotate the DKIM keys'.
I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients.

I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

There is a Rotate DKIM keys blue button at the bottom of the following pop-up:

MSFT is the biggest company in the world, but we cannot send email to yahoo 🤣

2024-01-24T18:16:33+00:00 There are notices from Microsoft on my account with Microsoft Exchange admin that this has been a reoccuring problem since the beginning of the year and I chimed in to say my domain is having the same issues. Thanks again to Ron who helped with starting the meandering path on Microsoft admin to get this addressed. Cleaned up some issues with DNS records on my end also.
