I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Yes, Yahoo told me it was a Microsoft issue as well.

Same situation here. Vendors, and customers on Yahoo, and SBCglobal are not receiving from MS 365. I have been on chat with MS this evening, (again) and they have stated again that receipients need to check with Yahoo/SBC as it is on their side. No way to know for sure at this point. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. The big issue is we are not notified right away so customers think we are ignoring them. Many of ours go out via automation.

I am also hosted by GoDaddy (microsoft365 user). I called about 2 weeks ago and explained my issue and they said it was a known issue but there was not known resolution at this time. This is super frustrating to have to shift to my personal goal account to reply to customers and ask them for another email address to communicate with me bc Outlook is not playing nice with Yahoo.

I'd be interested in assistance from the Microsoft Team on ways to resolve this.

I have been having the same issue for two weeks this time. It has happened in the past also. We have also had issues with aol, fuse and zoomtown. I contacted our IT team and they traced one of the kicked back emails and said that it is a communication error between Yahoo and Office 365 and that there is a known incident already opened with Microsoft and sent me the link with the details (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/emails-are-bouncing-back-when-sending-to-yahoo/9dd7c71e-9283-43c3-9809-6dce129a49a9?page=1 ). All I know is that I have been getting calls from our people wanting the information that is not being delivered to them. Hopefully Microsoft can get us some answers and get this fixed!

We contacted our IT guy to look into it and he fixed it. I'm no Geek but this is what he said:

“Rotate the DKIM keys”. He explained it like getting in the TSA Precheck line at the airport without having applied for it, you have a ticket to get on the plane you’re just in the wrong line.

    Hope this helps!
