I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

I told him to contact GoDaddy because like many, he may be getting mail hosting service through GoDaddy. GoDaddy uses Microsoft 365 hosting service so it's normal to see the MX record point to blahblah....outlook.com

    This is what he says:

    I have a .co.uk domain through godaddy

If you read my reply earlier, it says this:

Wix is your DNS host -- where you create those DNS records.

From what I understand, GoDaddy resells Microsoft 365. The email account is still managed through Microsoft's admin portal. The DKIM and SPF records should come from Microsoft. GoDaddy can only help if the DNS was hosted on their system.

    >> The email account is still managed through Microsoft's admin portal.

Here's what I got from a similar discussion thread:

Exchange admin is done on Microsoft's portal (including GoDaddy customers): https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com

but the 365 admin portal (https://admin.microsoft.com) redirects to GoDaddy management site. As for the details... I have no clue because I have never had GoDaddy mail hosting service. He mentioned his IT personnel skill isn't up to par (IT is fairly amateur level).) so asking for GoDaddy help seems logical to me.

From what I've seen through 365 resellers, the admin for everything pertaining to the mail is done on the Microsoft portal and billing account, (licenses, etc.) are through the reseller.

I guess there's enough ambiguity that we can both be right.

Similar article but it's for GoDaddy customers

    SPF https://www.godaddy.com/help/add-an-spf-record-to-my-domain-for-microsoft-365-40499

    DMARC

    https://www.godaddy.com/help/add-a-dmarc-record-to-my-domain-for-microsoft-365-42204

    DKIM https://www.godaddy.com/help/enable-and-add-dkim-to-my-domain-for-microsoft-365-41748

My subscription is directly through Microsoft (Exchange Plan 1) so I don't know anything about mail hosting service through GoDaddy other than they use the same Microsoft mail hosting service.

I'll hop in here as I have GoDaddy as both my registrar AND my host. The above links are what people need if they're hosting email with GoDaddy. Do the SPF and DKIM, then DMARC afterwards. Not sure why, but the DMARC article says that the other two are a prerequisite. (Note: I didn't touch SPF as mine was already fine.)

It will route you to a "Microsoft 365 Defender Portal" rather than the Microsoft Admin site link you see elsewhere in this thread. But that will give you everything you need and the instructions are easy to follow ONCE you are following the GoDaddy instructions specifically rather than the Microsoft instructions.

If you're moderately tech-savvy, this should be easy. I'm not an IT admin or anything like that, but I'm an electrical engineer who has been playing with / working with computers for 40 years, and nothing about it was particularly complicated.
