I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

We are in the same boat. Cannot send any emails to yahoo. Customers can email us just fine, but we cannot respond. It’s a huge mess. No response from anyone.

Hi Amanda, there are a couple of things that need to be done to resolve these email issues.

1st - get DKIM cname records from admin.microsoft.com

2nd - add the cname records to your dns for your domain (done at GoDaddy/Network Solutions, wherever your domain is registered)

I just helped a church resolve these issues earlier today. If you would like help feel free to search for my name in the Grand Rapids Mi area. I’ve been helping companies with this type of issue for the past 20 years.

Also, a shoutout to Ron6576. Ron6576 has been been doing a very good job helping multiple people work through these situations. Kudos Ron6576!

I think I now combined my spf records to one. I also think I added the dmarc record properly, I can't seem to get Microsoft to generate a dkim for me to add.

I think that is all left assuming I did the others properly (I have no experience but followed instructions on help sites)

Are you someone who is available to be hired to apply those changes? As you can imagine, this has been detrimental for clients awaiting inquiry replies.
