I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

I have been getting bounce backs from any email sent from any of my personal MS email accounts (hotmail / outlook) and from my MS work email (Microsoft Exchange) to anyone using a Yahoo email (including rogers.com emails that is hosted by yahoo). I found and like the testing tool at https://mx****/dmarc.aspx Using this tool shows your domain does NOT have DMARC published, the DKIM https://mx****/SuperTool.aspx?action=dkim%3agoldenstring.com%3aselector1._domainkey&run=toolpage showed you do NOT have DKIM published for your site. You need to have all 3 SPF, DKIM and DMARC to fix your issue. So to fix your issue follow the steps I listed on Page 8 on another post that I had made. You are in the exact same spot I was yesterday. You are using Wix as your web host and Microsoft Office for your custom domain, which are the same as me. I posted all the steps I did yesterday to fix the issue for my small business.

I found a couple of problems on goldenstring.com domain:
You have multiple SPF records. Having multiple SPF records makes it invalid. You need to delete one of them or combine both into one. https://easydmarc.com/tools/spf-lookup?domain=goldenstring.com
You don't have DMARC and DKIM records.

If all this sounds like gibberish to you, hire an email administrator or talk to your friends/family who understands email administration. If your mail hosting service provider is GoDaddy, contact their tech support and tell them about your SPF/DMARC/DKIM problem. They should know what to do.

The issue is not created by or owned by Microsoft. Depending on your plan with Go Daddy you may or may not get the support you need from them to update your custom domain DNS (Domain Name System) records and your Microsoft tenant records for the 3 things that will fix this email bounce issue from Yahoo, AOL, Gmail and any other email system that updated their inbound email requirements. Yahoo, AOL, & Gmail are the ones who have changed their requirements to send emails to their customers, it is on you to meet their email requirements to get your emails to go through. The new requirements mean you must have SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication Reporting & Conformance) enabled for your domain and outbound email service.
From https://dmarc.org/ A DMARC policy allows a sender to indicate that their messages are protected by SPF and/or DKIM, and tells a receiver what to do if neither of those authentication methods passes – such as junk or reject the message. DMARC removes guesswork from the receiver’s handling of these failed messages, limiting or eliminating the user’s exposure to potentially fraudulent & harmful messages. DMARC also provides a way for the email receiver to report back to the sender about messages that pass and/or fail DMARC evaluation.
This is all to help these companies combat inbound spam/junk email to their customers. It is on you to get your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup and configured. If you can't do it and Go Daddy doesn't, then hire someone that can. Like I said in my post yesterday, I listed all the steps I followed to fix the issue. If it is Greek to you than you need to contract somebody who speaks Greek to do it for you. I wish you luck but this isn't random, it won't get fixed on it's own. We know what the issue and resolution are for the problem.
