I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

We are having the same issue - all e-mails to yahoo, aol and sbcglobal are not delivering. your suggestion to call the recipient is obviously not the solution. This must be an issue with Outlook.
Any updates on this?
thank you
Same thing here. My parts and sales departments are losing sales as a result of the Microsoft/Yahoo issue. We are keeping track of lost sales. This may result in some class action lawsuit (hopefully).

Our issue has been occurring for approximately 2 weeks now. I contacted Yahoo, and they stated it's either Microsoft or our host (GoDaddy), and GoDaddy states there is nothing wrong on their end. Microsoft doesn't seem to be taking this very seriously.
Who knows where the problem is originating, but it seems to be somewhat widespread, so it would be nice if whoever's system is causing it would do something to fix it. Especially since we are unable to communicate with our customers who have a Yahoo email account, I'm confident we are not the only company dealing with this right now.
Same issue, my clients using yahoo email addresses are not getting mail sent to them. Gmail seems to be going right to spam folders. Office 365 user.
