I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

    Same situation here. Vendors, and customers on Yahoo, and SBCglobal are not receiving from MS 365. I have been on chat with MS this evening, (again) and they have stated again that receipients need to check with Yahoo/SBC as it is on their side. No way to know for sure at this point. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. The big issue is we are not notified right away so customers think we are ignoring them. Many of ours go out via automation.

    Yes, Yahoo told me it was a Microsoft issue as well.

    We are having the same issue. It seems to be expanded to email accounts hosted on Yahoo servers. I have verified that the old AT&T email domains @swbell.net and @sbcglobal.net also return undeliverable messages. I have reported the issue to Yahoo, but they are saying it's Microsoft's issue. Has anyone else been told similar?

    I am having a similar problem where "delivery has failed" and I receive the "undeliverable" notice roughly 24 hours later. I see the problem with yahoo.com, rocketmail.com, and lindenalabama.net. I'm sure that there are others.

    We are having the same issues with existing clients who are using Yahoo.com. Emails went through in December and stopped working in January. They received emails sent via my personal Gmail, but not through our business email platform, Outlook. This is a Microsoft issue.
