I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

We too are experiencing this from our business account to Yahoo email addresses. Is there a fix for it yet? It is not happening with any other email addresses.
Same exact issue. Seems to have started around tge new year. Every single email going to yahoo email addresses gets returned as undeliverable. Worst part is they don't bounce back for 24+ hours. Godaddy you changed to Microsoft. Fix this!!!! Many business' are being affected!!!!!
Can you let us know what the DNS changes were?
I've been having horrendous issues with Godaddy DNS support - for emails that are not being forwarded correctly to gmail. They even put in duplicate SPF records which I learned the hard way breaks DNS. I've made 2 separate escalations to GoDaddy management but the issue is still not fixed. I now figure I'm on my own and If I break the DNS, well at least I'm not worse than GoDaddy tech support.
