I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Instead of being obnoxious why not try helping out. this is the reply that I guarantee everyone is getting. Your right though, not all of us are technologically minded, because some of us chose more manual vocations.

If it's DNS record problem, you are responsible for the fix. You can get mad at everyone... the problem will remain until YOU fix it.

No one except the domain owners can fix the problem. Many of you are just regular email users and don't have technological knowledge on email systems. You wait and wait for something that will never be fixed UNLESS you fix it yourselves.

Yahoo, AOL, Gmail and many others started checking mail related DNS records (SPF, DMARC etc). If the record is missing or invalid, they reject the email. That's what y'all are experiencing.

If you post your domain name (NOT THE ENTIRE EMAIL ADDRESS), I can check those records.

I think the issue is with Yahoo server as they manage Yahoo, aol, sky, ymail and all emails to these domains are bouncing back to us as well. It is massively frustrating and no one seems to know how to fix it?

It's bad. I'm getting bounce back from AOL accounts too. This is unacceptable. 50/50 I can email many of my customers. Please do something to fix your problem.
