I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

    You're welcome. I see you have updated your SPF record. Does it resolve the bounce mail or rejection problem?

    Most of the users who experience this problem are not tech people. I'm sure those tech terms mean nothing to them. In addition to that, their problem may not be the same as yours.

    Thank you -- that led me on the right path. Folks, in your DNS text files -- amend your SPF file description to be this:

    v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

    Your SPF does not have the all tag.

    v=spf1 include:5418969.spf05.hubspotemail.net

    donnan.com MX record points to Microsoft 365 mail hosting service but your SPF says only hobspotemail.net IP addresses are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain (donnan.com). That may be why it is rejected.

    This article should help you create a correct SPF: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/email-authentication-spf-configure?view=o365-worldwide

    You may as well check your DMARC and DKIM (in that article).

    Could you please check donnan.com? It's an alias for donnancreativestrategy.com and donnancreativestrategy.onmicrosoft.com. I have a feeling the very last domain is fine; the other two likely need CNAME records via my name server company, Cloudflare? Thanks much, K.

    I am trying to help but you did not answer my question...

    So, again... what is your domain name?
