I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

    Natalie,

    In Ron's post he linked a website where you could test your domain's DMARC. https://easydmarc.com/tools/dmarc-lookup?domain=goldenstring.com

    I found and like the testing tool at https://mx****/dmarc.aspx  Using this tool shows your domain does NOT have DMARC published, the DKIM https://mx****/SuperTool.aspx?action=dkim%3agoldenstring.com%3aselector1._domainkey&run=toolpage showed you do NOT have DKIM published for your site. You do have 2 SPF records published. https://mx****/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3agoldenstring.com&run=toolpage

    spf:goldenstring.com

    v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -allv=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

    You need to have all 3 SPF, DKIM and DMARC to fix your issue. So to fix your issue follow the steps I listed on Page 8 on another post that I had made. You are in the exact same spot I was yesterday. You are using Wix as your web host and Microsoft Office for your custom domain, which are the same as me. I posted all the steps I did yesterday to fix the issue for my small business.

    Cheers,

    Theo

    You're welcome. I see you have updated your SPF record. Does it resolve the bounce mail or rejection problem?

    Most of the users who experience this problem are not tech people. I'm sure those tech terms mean nothing to them. In addition to that, their problem may not be the same as yours.

    Your SPF does not have the all tag.

    v=spf1 include:5418969.spf05.hubspotemail.net

    donnan.com MX record points to Microsoft 365 mail hosting service but your SPF says only hobspotemail.net IP addresses are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain (donnan.com). That may be why it is rejected.

    This article should help you create a correct SPF: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/email-authentication-spf-configure?view=o365-worldwide

    You may as well check your DMARC and DKIM (in that article).

    Same exact issue. Seems to have started around tge new year. Every single email going to yahoo email addresses gets returned as undeliverable. Worst part is they don't bounce back for 24+ hours. Godaddy you changed to Microsoft. Fix this!!!! Many business' are being affected!!!!!
