I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

then click this
click your-custom-domain.com
There is a Rotate DKIM keys blue button at the bottom of the following pop-up:
i spoke with Microsoft Tech. Yahoo did something with their email security. They had me call my domain provider, GoDaddy, and they did something like reset my DNS -I'm not a tech person but GoDaddy tech was well aware of the issue and the reset they did resolved my issues.
Office365 users,
Make sure your domains are in the "Healthy" status. If not go through the setup process and see exactly what is needed. You may up to update your domain records.
I had 2 spf records listed. 1 was from google where my client came from, and the other was Microsoft. I deleted the google - setup is complete.
I can now send to yahoo users.
Mine started delivering successfully this morning. GoDaddy updated a few things last week, but it did not make a difference at that time. However, I tested this morning and emails were no longer labeled as "undeliverable"
