I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

I have contacted yesterday Yahoo support and they told me they know about it and trying to solve it. I have to wait. It is happening for 2 weeks now. Very difficult as lots of email is undelivered.

Unfortunately there is nothing that Microsoft/Google/Yahoo can do. It appears that in their attempt to cut down on spam emails they have updated their security settings to verify where emails should be coming from. To do this however, every company is going to have to add something called a CNAME record to their domain with a DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM).

Here is a tutorial over at GoDaddy on how to updated the records: https://www.godaddy.com/help/create-and-add-dkim-records-to-my-microsoft-365-organization-41748

We are having the same issue - all e-mails to yahoo, aol and sbcglobal are not delivering. your suggestion to call the recipient is obviously not the solution. This must be an issue with Outlook.

    Any updates on this?

    thank you

I am having a similar problem where "delivery has failed" and I receive the "undeliverable" notice roughly 24 hours later. I see the problem with yahoo.com, rocketmail.com, and lindenalabama.net. I'm sure that there are others.
